I thought I was getting a one-time consultation. Turns out they have made it into a subscription, and I have been getting charged once a month for 12 months now. I cannot cancel it, as when I try to get in touch, it says I am blocked.

I don't even know how I can cancel it. I'm so bloody annoyed with these scams.

How can they keep doing this?

Don't subscribe or ask for anything; they are duds...

Impossible to cancel!! $5 up to $65 dollars without approval, cannot talk to anyone to cancel, get a computer that tells you you are cancelled, gives a confirmation number and you still get charged the next month.

I cancelled 3 times and still got charged; finally, the card company cancelled my card and issued a new one. Absolutely a scam and fraud!!

I paid 65.00 in February for advice from Ask A Lawyer on call. I have been charged 65.00 monthly since then. Can't reach anyone other than an AI who will help for 5.00 to cancel.

This happened just minutes ago. Needed simple legal advice.

Paid requested $5 service fee with bank debit card.

Instead they tried to charge $70. Stopped payment, and can only pray that this is the end of this scam.

I went to the site, was told it was a $35 fee to talk to an attorney. The next month, I didn't notice they charged me $70 twice.

The first charge for the day I talked to them was $99! Do not use this scam site!

Stealing money from people. I had to cancel my card because it was the only way to stop the charges!

Asked a question to ask a lawyer website. they said a lawyer would call me none ever did.

I gave my CC# they said I would be charged $1.

4 months later, I realized they were charging my card $55 per month. I called customer service, can only speak to automated machine when i insist on speaking to a real person they put on an actual BOT!

Being charged $65 a month for a service I did not sign up for and virtually impossible to get in touch with their billing department, just go to Just Answer and get the run around

I signed up for a quick questions and paid $5. No I am charged $60 and I cannot cancel the membership.

Every time I go to the website, to cancel, they ask me to pay $5.00 to speak to a lawyer. Total fraud and needs to be investigated.

I don't know why I was charged $65 dollars. I only had one call no other services was provided. I would like a refund please.

There information is very general which you can get for free. They also put in on a subsciption without your knoweldge.

I let them know so I wouldn't be charged again but still charged me another month

Very frustrating because you think it is a good deal to be able to ask a lawyer a question and you get a basic answer with no other help.

And you don't talk to a lawyer you are typing in the question which I suspecct is probably AI. Don't bother it is a waste of time and money

They dont tell you, conveniently, that theyre going to charge $65. Its only AFTER you put in your info, that they spring this on you.

I didnt answer my damn phone when they called because it was deceptive advertising. They called 3 times, right in a row, and STILL charged me for the consultation.

I didnt agree to $65. I am so pissed.

Very disappointed, I will never recommend anyone to use this service they're all about taking your money not helping you resolve your problem.

lawyer still never called me back Still waiting for a refund I am having to go thru my credit card company now to try to get my money refunded. I dont understand why they dont just refund your money without all the hasslez
